We hope you love your new purchase but we want to be as flexible as possible if, for some reason, you need to exchange or return it.
For damaged items: if we are confident that the damage occured either whilst in transit, we will gladly refund in full or exchange for another item of equal value - and cover the shipping costs required to do this.
Contact us via our contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods.
If you have changed your mind: we will happily exchange for an item of equal value or refund the purchase amount (excluding sale or discounted items - see below). However, you as the buyer will be required to cover any associated postage costs and the initial cost of postage (needed to send the item to you), will not be refunded.
Items purchased with a discount code at sale price will not be refunded - but can be exchanged for an item of equal value (at the sale price). Contact with us must be made in writing within 5 days of receiving the goods.
For any exchanges or refunds on items where you have changed your mind, the refund or exchange will only be processed upon Rockferry Homewares and Design receiving the goods back and confirming that they are in ‘new’ condition and have not been used or damaged after the buyer has received them.
