We offer flat rate shipping to make it cost effective and simple for you to shop online with Rockferry Homewares + Design.
NZ rates: $10 for all orders under $150. Free shipping on orders over $150.
Australia: $20 for all orders under $300. Free shipping on orders over $300.
Our store is set up to ship to New Zealand and Australia only. For areas outside of New Zealand and Australia please contact us as we may be able to organise this for you.
FURNITURE: Please note that our furniture items are shipped within New Zealand only.
Shipping for furniture items will be quoted by email and are additional to the furniture price shown in our store. Prior to or after purchasing your furniture item we will confirm by email the price and exact time frame for shipping to your address.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Standard postage/courier time frames apply: 1 - 3 working days in New Zealand and 1 - 2 weeks for Australia (Covid-19 may cause delays internationally).
Furniture items have longer delivery time frames. Some furniture is in New Zealand and will be shipped to you within the week. Other items are stored internationally and you should allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. This is stated clearly on each furniture items product details page.
If the item you ordered is not right for you we are happy to return for a refund or exchange this. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for your refund/exchange to be valid.
We do not offer refunds on sale items but can exchange or offer store credit.
For a full refund, exchange or store credit, the item must be in it's original packaging without any damage to the packaging or item. The exception to this is when the item is being returned due to being faulty or damaged prior to you receiving it.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged prior to you receiving it.
